ASSAGAY NHW GROUP RULES

By joining, using or participating in any of the ANHW groups you have agreed to adhere to the following policy. Being part of the ANHW groups is a privilege and not a right. ANHW administrators reserve the right to remove any member should the following rules not be adhered to. These groups are for Assagay residents, non-residents added in exceptional circumstances only.

This document specifically addresses the following groups, links to the groups and/or process to gain access provided on the following pages:

•        Emergency Groups (As Assagay is divided into two zones for security and group management purposes, there are two separate Emergency Groups)

•        Dark Ages Group (Faults and service delivery escalations)

•        Pets in Need! Assagay Group (Pet, animal and stray related posts)

•        Assagay Business Network

When in doubt:

•        Chat to one of the admins for guidance.

•        Save the ANHW admin operations phone number (063 996 0799); message us directly if you have any concerns or queries (messages periodically reviewed).

•        Email us at info@assagaynw.co.za to get an immediate response.

Membership:

ANHW is an organisation run by volunteers, should you wish to become a contributing member please sign up on our website (https://www.assagaynw.co.za/sign-up-forms) this allows us to fund our operations and grow our volunteer base.

•        We are family-friendly, so please keep your comments polite.

•        No swearing/hate speech/naming and shaming/defamation to a person or people/obscenity or vulgarity/ inciting comments.

•        No comments that could be considered prejudicial, racist or inflammatory.

•        No religion or politics.

•        No roadblock sharing.

•        No nudity or offensive imagery (including, but not limited to, in profile pictures)

•        No false representation of another individual, organisation, government or entity.

•        We are here to support our community, approach each conversation in that manner.
